momento.love is the refuge where you can find shelter, both physically and spiritually

momento.love is the refuge where you can shelter both physically and spiritually. A place where your well-being is prioritized, placing your physical and mental healing at the center.

An extrasensory experience to explore through Bowen Therapy and Ashtanga Yoga, the perfect guides to find your own harmony. Techniques that relax your body and mind while strengthening your nervous system, enhancing your self-awareness, and challenging your ability to explore yourself.

Born Into Stillness, Growing Into Movement

I’m Dharam, your companion on this path-refuge that momento.love offers through Ashtanga Yoga and Bowen Therapy. Raised in Murcia, a city in southern Spain, I have been immersed in yoga and meditation since birth.

My upbringing in a household guided by the Hindu philosophy of Advaita Vedanta and Vipassana meditation, with parents dedicated to Sivananda and Hatha Yoga, shaped my path. Over the past ten years, I’ve trained with master teachers in Ashtanga Yoga, deepening my understanding of the body-mind connection.

Ready to embark on a journey with me?

Three years ago, a journey to Puerto Rico introduced me to Bowenwork, which soon became the seed of momento.love. Invited by a friend, I was able to witness his experience with muscular dystrophy.

At one of his rehabilitation sessions, I encountered Bowenwork: a gentle, holistic method that eased pain and improved well-being. After experiencing its transformative effects, I dedicated myself to mastering Bowen Therapy’s techniques and am now certified as a therapist.

momento.love was born from this desire to share healing, to walk this path with you, and to explore Ashtanga Yoga and Bowenwork as ways to reconnect and find a state of calm together.

Years of Learning, a Lifetime of Connection

Having been in contact with yoga and meditation all my life, I have met the best teachers in different spiritual disciplines, and most importantly, in Ashtanga Yoga.

For the past 10 years, I have been learning from y Landrum, Richard Freeman and Mary Taylor, prominent figures in Ashtanga Yoga and among the few American instructors who studied the entire system with its creator, master Pattabhi Jois.

Six years ago, I took the step to become an Ashtanga Yoga teacher, one of the best decisions of my professional career. Thanks to this, I have been able to guide my students through one of the most beautiful and intimate forms of self-exploration, offering individual and group classes in various locations in the United States and southern Spain.
